Of ull the sections I have visited the Rogue River valley seemed to distance them all as an ideal place for a future home. Nature has endowed this valley with a combination of more diversified facilities for the enjoyment of mankind than any place I have visited. Notwithstanding I have made a sad mistake, since I have been informed how the county officials, courts and juries enforce the law, or rather lack of enforcement of justice. It makes me think of the way they used to do in Texas penitentiary for stealing a steer; freedom for murder. However, I can't believe many of the people will sanction the court's rul ing in your trial. I have noticed the people of this valley are the most for bearing and patient I have ever come in contact with. This they have veri fied divers times on unjust assessment of property. Such proceedings will draw the undesirable element and drive out those that favor justice. CJTIZEN. RAISING SUGAR BEETS AROUND KLAMATH .
